Welcome to the Abbey Fields website

What is Abbey Fields?

The land at Abbey Fields, south of Hucknall was allocated for housing by Ashfield District Council a few years back. Since then, house builder Bellway Homes has been working tirelessly to deliver the much-needed housing in the area.

The recently completed first phase of development (141 new homes) at Abbey Fields has proved to be very popular with residents. These properties sold very quickly and has helped many local people to up-size to family accommodation and some residents to down-size while staying in the Hucknall area. It has
also helped a lot of residents who have previously been locked out of the housing market to settle in the area – often near friends and family.
